How We Can Meet

Virtual Therapy

Meet from the comfort of your own space through a secure, HIPAA-compliant online portal. Virtual sessions make therapy more accessible, flexible, and consistent—perfect for busy schedules or those who prefer the ease of connecting from home.

In‑Person Sessions

For clients who value face-to-face connection, I offer sessions in a calm and welcoming office setting. This environment is designed to support safety, comfort, and openness, giving you a space to slow down and focus fully on yourself.

Core Areas of Focus

Trauma & PTSD

Healing from trauma takes time, compassion, and a sense of safety. In therapy, we’ll work together to gently process past experiences at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is to help you restore a sense of stability, connection, and empowerment so that painful memories no longer feel overwhelming or define your present life.

Anxiety & Depression

Persistent worry, sadness, or feelings of being “stuck” can make everyday life feel overwhelming. Together, we’ll build practical tools to ease symptoms, explore underlying patterns, and create strategies that support greater calm, resilience, and hope.

Women’s Issues

Women often face unique challenges related to identity, relationships, career, family, and self-worth. Therapy can provide a supportive space to explore these experiences, strengthen boundaries, and cultivate self-compassion while working toward greater balance and fulfillment.

Life Transitions & Grief

Major changes and losses can stir up complicated emotions, even when they’re expected. Therapy offers a safe place to process grief, honor your experiences, and navigate life’s transitions with greater clarity, strength, and meaning.

Inclusive & Neurodiverse Support

Every person deserves care that honors who they are. I provide an affirming, inclusive environment for clients of all backgrounds, including those who identify as neurodiverse. My approach respects individuality, celebrates strengths, and supports growth at your own pace.

Parent/caregiver support

Parenting can be rewarding but also overwhelming, especially when a child faces emotional or behavioral challenges. I help parents understand their child’s behavior through the lens of nervous system regulation, attachment, and safety. Using practical tools for emotional regulation and communication, you’ll learn to support your child while also caring for yourself.

Therapeutic Modalities

Therapy is tailored to your needs using proven, integrative methods:

  • EMDR
  • Brainspotting
  • ACT
  • CBT
  • Mindfulness
  • IFS
  • DBT

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a specialized, evidence-based therapy designed to help individuals heal from trauma, anxiety, and distressing life experiences. Unlike traditional talk therapy, EMDR uses bilateral stimulation—such as guided eye movements, sounds, or taps—to help the brain reprocess difficult memories in a way that reduces their emotional intensity. This process allows clients to move beyond being “stuck” in painful experiences and gain new perspectives, often leading to a greater sense of peace and resilience.

The benefits of EMDR are wide-reaching. Research has shown it to be highly effective in treating post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), as well as symptoms of anxiety, depression, phobias, and grief. Many clients experience faster relief compared to other modalities, finding that EMDR helps them release old patterns and emotional blocks that once felt overwhelming. By reprocessing memories in a safe and supportive environment, clients often report improved self-esteem, better relationships, and renewed ability to engage fully in daily life.

Brainspotting

Brainspotting is a gentle yet powerful therapy that helps people process and release the effects of trauma, stress, and unresolved emotional experiences. It works on the understanding that where you look affects how you feel—meaning certain eye positions can access parts of the brain where unprocessed memories and emotions are stored. With the support of a trained therapist, Brainspotting helps bring these hidden experiences to the surface so they can be safely processed and resolved.

Many clients find Brainspotting especially helpful when they feel “stuck” or overwhelmed by emotions that don’t seem to go away through talking alone. It can reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, and even physical tension linked to stress. By working with both the body and the mind, Brainspotting allows deep healing to take place, helping people feel calmer, more grounded, and more connected to themselves. Clients often describe feeling a greater sense of clarity, relief, and empowerment as they move forward in their lives.
