Healing from Trauma & Anxiety

Including specialized support for intrusive thoughts and compulsions

Our work begins where traditional talk therapy leaves off. Trauma and anxiety don’t live only in your thoughts — they’re held in your nervous system and your body, often showing up as intrusive thoughts, compulsions, or a sense of unease you can’t quite explain. Together, we’ll use neuroscience-informed, evidence-based therapies to help your system feel safer, more regulated, and more at ease — so you can experience healthier emotions and stronger relationships.

My path into this work comes from both professional training and personal experience. I know firsthand what it feels like to live with overwhelming anxiety and to heal from a painful past, and that’s part of why this work matters so deeply to me. I bring clinical expertise into our sessions, along with genuine understanding and compassion for how hard this journey can be. You don’t have to do it alone — I’m here to walk alongside you, as we move toward healing and a life that feels more steady, connected, and truly your own.

Compassionate, Evidence-Based Psychotherapy

I use advanced, evidence-based therapies. These include EMDR, Brainspotting, ERP, DBT, and CBT. They help tackle unhelpful thought patterns. They also tackle the deeper emotional and physical effects of trauma and anxiety. In our work, we process difficult experiences, reduce triggers, and strengthen skills for healthier communication, behaviors and lasting change.

I also offer parent coaching and support. This helps caregivers understand their teen’s behavior through the lens of nervous system regulation. It also focuses on attachment and emotional safety. This work focuses on strengthening communication, fostering connection, and offering practical tools to respond with confidence and compassion.

Our Work Together

I specialize in helping adults, families, and teens heal from complex trauma and anxiety. Together, we explore past and current traumatic experiences and how chronic stress and ongoing pressure continue to shape your emotions, relationships, and daily reactions at home or school. Trauma doesn’t only live in memory — it lives in the nervous system, often showing up as emotional overwhelm, relationship conflict, perfectionism, or a sense of being stuck in survival mode. My work goes beyond coping strategies: I help you build emotional regulation, healthy boundaries, and self-trust, so you can respond to life’s demands with greater balance and confidence.

In our sessions, we focus on the patterns keeping you or your family stuck. This includes anxiety-driven communication, low self-worth, unresolved grief, or difficulty navigating life transitions. I work with adults, teens, and parents. We explore how trauma and anxiety are held in the nervous system. We also examine how they shape emotional and behavioral responses both individually and within families. This deeper understanding allows us to move beyond symptom management and create lasting change.

Why This Work Is Different

Because I specialize in trauma and anxiety, our work goes beyond surface-level coping. Treatment is focused on building practical skills for emotional regulation, healthier relationships, and increased resilience for both individuals and families. This work includes strengthening boundaries and communication. It also involves supporting nervous system regulation. Additionally, we focus on developing more adaptive responses to stress at home and in daily life.

My approach is grounded in neuroscience and current research, with advanced training in EMDR, Brainspotting, ACT, DBT, CBT, and ERP. These evidence-based therapies support deeper processing of trauma and anxiety, so healing can occur at both emotional and physiological levels.

I offer highly personalized, concierge-style therapy tailored to your goals and needs—providing care that is clinically skilled, intentional, and compassionate. This work is designed to support long-term healing, stronger connections, and meaningful growth for you and your family.
