About

You Deserve to Feel Balanced, Empowered, and Whole

I believe that healing is possible for everyone, no matter their background or stage of life. I work with clients of all ages, supporting them as they navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, panic, grief, trauma/PTSD, and mood disorders. Many people come to therapy during times of transition or struggle, while others seek support for ongoing personal growth, self-discovery, and balance in their lives.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership—where you feel heard, respected, and supported as we work together toward your goals. In sessions, I integrate evidence-based techniques with a compassionate, human-centered perspective to create a space where you can feel safe to explore your story and make meaningful changes. Whether you are learning to manage symptoms, healing from past experiences, or striving for greater fulfillment, I will walk alongside you with care, encouragement, and practical tools for lasting growth.

A Trauma-Informed Approach

As a trauma-informed psychotherapist, I specialize in helping clients understand how early experiences and unresolved pain can shape adult relationships, behaviors, and emotional patterns. Trauma often leaves a lasting imprint, influencing how we see ourselves, how we connect with others, and how we navigate life’s challenges. My role is to create a safe, supportive space where these experiences can be explored with compassion and care, without judgment or pressure.

I am highly trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). These evidence-based approaches allow us to work not just on the surface level of thoughts and behaviors, but also on the deeper emotional and physical experiences where trauma is often stored. Together, we can process difficult memories, repair relational wounds, and build skills for healthier boundaries, communication, and self-understanding.

Being trauma-informed also means honoring your pace and your voice in the therapeutic process. Healing doesn’t look the same for everyone, and I strive to adapt therapy to meet your unique needs, strengths, and goals. Whether you are seeking relief from symptoms, greater clarity in relationships, or a renewed sense of wholeness, therapy can be a path toward reclaiming balance, resilience, and connection in your life.

Our Work Together

In our sessions, we’ll explore the challenges that may be weighing on you—such as communication difficulties, low self-esteem, grief and loss, major life transitions, and the stress of everyday demands. Therapy provides a safe and supportive space where you can bring your worries, patterns, and experiences without fear of judgment. Together, we’ll look at not only the struggles you’re facing but also the strengths you may not yet see in yourself.

Our work will focus on uncovering hidden resilience, clarifying your goals, and letting go of the beliefs or habits that no longer serve you. Along the way, I’ll provide practical tools you can use outside of sessions—strategies for managing stress, improving relationships, and strengthening your sense of self. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and empowered as you navigate both the difficulties and opportunities in your life. Through this collaborative process, you’ll gain insight, build skills, and begin creating a more fulfilling and balanced life aligned with your values and hopes for the future.
